The No Child Left Behind Act
The No Child Left Behind Act
The No Child Left Behind Act requires parents to be informed of their child's academic progress on each of their state assessments. Please be assured that if your child takes a state assessment, you will receive notification by mail of your son/daughters's results along with an overview and explanation. In addition, parents also have the right to know about the professional qualifications and state certifications of their child's teacher. If staff have been assigned to teach outside of their area of certification, you will receive written notification. Please contact the school if you have an questions regarding the professional qualifications of your child's teacher.
